Make reading news fun and engaging

PulseNews Sample Pulse NewsPulse News Widget lets you read the news you desire from traditional sources, your favorite blogs and social networks, all in one beautiful interface. It gives you the opportunity to transform your favourite websites (including Facebook) into a colorful and interactive mosaic. For example, if you usually read AndroidWidget.info everyday to look for new Android Widgets you can add this site as one of your sources, and Pulse News Widget will fill its colorful panning story bars with the site’s content.

Browsing, Reading and Personalizing your News:

This widget includes a Dashboard in which you can read the articles from your selected sources, going to Menu > Manage Sources you will be able to add and remove them by pressing on the “+” or “x” button.
For example, you can add the following sites; Forbes Blogs, Wired Science, CNN Money, Good, Dwell, LA Magazine, Ad Age, The Wall Street Journal, Mashable, Gizmodo, etc.

PPulseNews Sources Pulse Newsulse News Widget allows you to configure five customizable pages. This new design is optimized for organizing and viewing sources on both phones and tablets. Moving sources between pages is as easy as drag and drop.

You can look for new sources in three different ways:

  • Featured (Adds new sources every Friday)
  • Browse (The feeds are organized by groups such as Business, Technology, Lifestyle, Music, Politics, Sports, Social, etc.)
  • Search (You can simply type the name of your favourite feed and it will be added)

Sharing, Importing, Refreshing and Support:PulseNews Home Pulse News

Pulse News Widget lets you share your favourite articles and news with your friends through Facebook, Twitter, e-mail, SMS, etc.

It also allows you to directly import all your RSS feeds from Google Reader. Your read status is also synced between this widget and Google Reader, whether online or offline.

In regards to giving the proper use to Android Widgets, this widget gives you the opportunity of changing the refresh rate at Menu > Settings > Update Frequency.

The developers opened a Support Forum in case you have any doubts or suggestions, and they also allow you to contact them through email by going to  ‘i’ button > Email Us.
