Make Sharing your real-life on the web simpler than ever

GooglePlus Widget Google+ Project WidgetGoogle Plus Widget is a new revolutionary tool for social media. This Android Widget will make connecting with people on the web more like connecting with them in the real world. As Google+ Project is still in active development, this widget is not yet available to everyone. You need to get an invitation to sign in.GooglePlus Main Google+ Project Widget

Don’t you have a Google Plus Account Invitation yet? Leave us a comment below indicating your email address (It won’t be published). We’ll invite you to join.

What are the ‘Circles’ in Google+?

Circles are the equivalent to ‘Lists’ in Facebook. When you add new friends you can group them into Circles which let you share the right things with just the right people.

This Android Widget provides you with an option called Stream in which you can get updates from your Circles or see what people are saying or doing nearby.

GooglePlus Circles Google+ Project WidgetMobile Features

There are two amazing features for Google+ Widget; Huddles and Instant Upload.

Huddles lets you send super-fast group messages to everyone in your Circles. This turns all those different conversations into one simple group chat, so everyone gets on the same page all at once. You have to bear in mind that Huddles is delivered a lot faster than common SMSs’.

On the other hand, if you give authorization to Google+ Widget, Instant Upload will automatically put all the photos and videos you take into a private album in the cloud, so you can share them anytime, from anywhere.

Hangouts on your phoneGooglePlus Hangouts Google+ Project Widget

Google+ has one of the most innovative functions: Hangouts. This feature will let you have video-calls with several people (up to 9 friends) at the same time. Let specific buddies (or entire circles) know you’re hanging out and then see who drops by for a face-to-face-to-face chat. The guy who speaks will be on the bigger camera right on the center of the window. Until teleportation arrives, it’s the next best thing. Fortunatelly this function is already available in the Google+ Widget (mobile version) since Sep 9th, 2011.

Remember that if you leave us a comment below, we’ll invite you to join Google+ Project Widget.

I had the widget, love the widget, but when I updated Android I was only able to install the Google+ application — I don’t get the widget in my list anymore. :-( Did I stop being one of the select few?

  22. admin on November 3, 2011 at 8:33 am

    Hi Brendan,

You need to be sure that the Google+ is installed on your phone and not in your SD Card. You can check it from the Applications menu in Settings.

What a sad day when G+ no longer offers a widget for our use. Honestly this was the only way I used it and the regular app is unstable enough to be unusable for regular duties… Back to FB for me. Goodbye G+, I hardly knew you. A word to the wise, don’t download the most current update. 11/3/11
